Los Danzantes Oaxaca awarded by the Michelin Guide 2024 in Mexico
Los Danzantes Oaxaca has been awarded with a Michelin Star for its high-quality cuisine and with a Green Michelin Star for its notable compromise with eco-responsibility. As the Executive Chef I feel deeply honoured for this recognition. We have become one of the 16 restaurants awarded with One Michelin Star, and one of the 6 restaurants awarded with a Green Michelin Star.
